This book is a professional textbook on classical hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming, covering both theoretical and practical aspects. It examines the history of hypnosis from Mesmer and Braid to modern approaches, the principles of consciousness, the mental model (consciousness, subconsciousness, critical factor), trance-induction techniques (Elman induction, progressive relaxation, fixation method, shock method, group induction), deepening techniques, depth testing, and hypnotic coma management, self-hypnosis, and regressive hypnosis.
