HYPNO-COACHING

Educational program for hypnotherapists.
Created in 2019. Open access since January 2025.

How the program was born

April 19 2019

By the end of 2018, I had fourteen years of private hypnotherapy experience under my belt in Miami. Several thousand clients, my own methodology, and a calm, stable practice. At the same time—ever since that 1998 operation—I had been studying altered states of consciousness for twenty years, including through work with entheogenic practices from various traditions. By 2018, this wasn't just a tourist trap, but a way to ask questions the rational mind couldn't answer.

On April 19, 2019, during one of my ceremonial sessions, I had an experience I still find difficult to accurately describe. The closest word is clarity. I saw—literally, like a picture—a structure: how fourteen years of my practice, everything Bandler and Cain taught me, everything I understood from my own experience, could be compiled into a training program. I saw who it was for. I saw how it was structured.

I'm not claiming it was a revelation from above. And I'm not denying it. I don't have words that completely satisfy me. I simply wrote down everything I saw.

[NEXT - Pavel: specific details about that evening and the following months. Without them, the block is flat.]

A few months later, the program was launched. I called it "Hypno-Coaching."

What is Hypno-Coaching today?

Definition for whom

"Hypno-Coaching" is an educational program for those who want to master the profession of hypnotherapist seriously. Not as a self-help technique, but as a craft through which to build a private practice and earn a living.

The program is compiled from materials that I have been teaching since 2005: classical clinical hypnosis from the Dave Elman school, regression work, NLP in the version that I received from Bandler, plus my own methods that have developed over years of practice in Miami.

The course is designed for people who are ready to work. It's not about "magical techniques" or "transformation in thirty days." This is a profession—and training lasts as long as it takes for someone to truly become a hypnotherapist.

Structure of the program

12 core modules · 60+ additional · 3000+ materials

The program is structured in three layers.

Twelve core modules form the path each student takes from initial introduction to completion. The program is divided into two major sections: the first is mastering the profession of hypnotherapist, and the second is building your own practice as a business.

Around sixty additional modules delve deeper into topics and open up new avenues for those who want to go further. In total, there are over three thousand units of material: video lectures, case studies, practical assignments, and webinars from various years. My own webinars alone, from 2019 to 2023, totaled over two hundred and sixty, amounting to many hundreds of hours.

The program was designed to last a year, with the option to extend or accelerate it with the Academy's mentors. In practice, each student has their own pace.

Twelve main modules:

The first block is the profession of a hypnotherapist
Pavel's training

Recorded trainings I've conducted in New York, Miami, and other cities over many years of teaching. The foundation upon which everything else is built.

Practice and development

Mastering how to actually work with a client: guidance techniques, conducting a session, analyzing real cases.

Working with deep destructive patterns

One of the most rare sections of the program. It addresses severe subconscious intrusions and persistent destructive programs that resist conventional therapy. This section distinguishes HypnoCoaching from other schools of hypnotherapy.

The second block is building a practice as a business
Client avatar

Who is your client, what is their pain point, what language to speak to them in, how to find them and how to work with them.

Choosing a topic and niche

Where exactly do you work in the broad field of hypnotherapy - what exactly do you do, what don't you do?

Offer

How to formulate an offer to a client so that they understand what they are paying for and want to pay.

Unpacking Expertise

How to turn experience and skills into communication: what to write about, what to film, how to talk about yourself.

website Development

The practice of creating your own website for a private practice: what should be, what should not be, and how to do it.

Sales

How to talk to clients about money, how to close deals, how to handle objections.

Marketing

Client acquisition channels: how they work, which ones work for a hypnotherapist, and what to focus on.

Scaling

Transition from private practice to a school or center: team, processes,

Bonus materials and deepening

60+ audio hypnosis sessions, additional courses from Academy experts, master classes, and webinars for advanced students.

Twelve main modules:

The first block is the profession of a hypnotherapist.

  1. Pavel's training. Recorded trainings I've conducted in New York, Miami, and other cities over many years of teaching. The foundation upon which everything else is built.
  2. Practice and development. Mastering how to actually work with a client: guidance techniques, conducting a session, analyzing real cases.
  3. Working with deep destructive patterns. One of the most rare sections of the program. It addresses severe subconscious intrusions and persistent destructive programs that resist conventional therapy. This section distinguishes HypnoCoaching from other schools of hypnotherapy.

The second block is building a practice as a business.

  1. Client avatar. Who is your client, what is their pain point, what language to speak to them in, how to find them and how to work with them.
  2. Selecting a topic and niche. Where exactly do you work in the broad field of hypnotherapy - what exactly do you do, what don't you do?

  8. Scaling. Transition from private practice to a school or center: team, processes, delegation.
  9. Bonus materials and depth. 60+ audio hypnosis sessions, additional courses from Academy experts, master classes, and webinars for advanced students.

Certification

The program offers four certificates. Twelve modules are grouped into three blocks—three certificates for completion, plus one bonus for in-depth practice. After each module, each student completes tests and homework assignments. These are reviewed by Academy curators according to the acceptance guidelines, and only upon successful completion are they awarded a certificate and access to the next block.

Community of Practice

The main difference from a regular video course

The most important thing that distinguishes HypnoCoaching from a typical video course is its community of practitioners. The program was never about "watching the lessons and becoming a hypnotherapist." From the very first module, every student was connected to chats where they could practice their skills on colleagues, seek guidance from more experienced practitioners, and receive live feedback.

This isn't a side service; it's the very fabric of the training. Hypnotherapy can't be learned from videos—it's learned through repetition, through working with real people, through someone conducting a session with you, and then you conducting a session with them. The community makes this possible from day one.

Since 2025, when the program became free, the chat has also been open to everyone. Curators and mentors work as volunteers: they moderate, guide, and share their experiences. Both beginners taking their first steps and seasoned hypnotherapists come here, helping others grow.

What happened in five years

Program scope · 2019–2025

The program has been running since 2019. Over the past six years:

Many graduates have opened their own centers, recruiting clients, training assistants, and developing local schools.

The path that a student takes

From the first meeting to my own practice

Many people come to HypnoCoaching initially as clients, seeking solutions to their own issues: anxiety, psychosomatics, relationships, and the search for meaning. During sessions, they discover that hypnotherapy works, and gradually realize they can do the same for others.

From this moment on, another path begins.

The first stage is mastering the profession. Twelve core modules, peer-based training, mentoring, and four certifications.

The second stage is building your own practice. Your first clients, your first fees, and the realization that you are a hypnotherapist. It's not a diploma, but actual work that confirms this.

The third stage is growth. Some open their own center. Some delve deeper into a single topic to become experts. Some remain private practitioners but grow in the complexity of their cases.

Some graduates then go on to deeper work with traditional ceremonial practices. This is a different path, for which HypnoCoaching was the foundation. More about this on the Mycomysticism page.

Why did the program become free?

January 2025

Since January 2025, the full HypnoCoaching program—all 12 core modules, all 60+ additional modules, and all 3000+ materials—has been available free of charge. It's available on Vimeo as an open playlist, with no registration or strings attached.

I've been working toward this decision for a long time. The program was a serious undertaking—it supported me and the team, and it was built as a paid product. But at some point, it became clear that what we had in it was too important to be locked away behind a price.

[NEXT — Pavel: what influenced the decision, how it matured, how those who paid for the course earlier reacted]

The program remains open. Those who have benefited from its help in building their practice and who wish to support its continued existence do so voluntarily. But there are no conditions—either for access or completion.

Where to watch and how to join

All program materials are available on Vimeo as an open playlist. There are approximately 3000 lessons organized by modules. No registration required.

The program's website is gipnocoaching.comThere's a community chat where you can find other students, curators, and mentors. There are also pages with detailed information about the program's structure and those who lead it.

The program operates as part of the American Academy of Hypnosis, founded in 2005 in Florida. Its legal representative is William R. Barzee (Barzee Flores, Miami).
